Terms and Conditions:

A $100 deposit must be paid at the time of the application being sent. the rest of the money is due 1 month prior to the scheduled race date. The deposit is non refundable . All programs require the participant to purchase a $45 Okanagan Racing Experience License at the time of signing up.

Advance registration is required for all programs. You may reschedule a program date no less than 14 days prior to your programs start date, subject to a nominal fee.

Okanagan Racing Experience will give the participant a confirmed date, however ORE may reschedule it due to circumstances beyond our control.

Rainouts:

In the case of a rainout we will reschedule the days events. We will attempt to reschedule for the following day provided the facility schedule does not conflict. Failing that we will reschedule for a later date. Rainouts do NOT result in refunds. Rain checks may be issued.

Okanagan Racing Experience holds the right to terminate anyone’s program if any of the following occur:

a) Consuming alcohol or drugs prior to or during the day of your program.
b) Driving in a reckless or dangerous manner that could cause harm to the cars or other drivers.

Insurance:

Liability waivers must signed by all participants and spectators prior to track entry. This is a closed track session and is limited to participants and their immediate family. Spectators will be permitted to watch from the grandstands only. All spectators must have a spectator’s pass as requested on the program application form.

Vehicle Insurance:

A $65 limited insurance policy is optional but recommended. This policy will limit the driver to a $350 deductible if the car is damaged while the car is in control of the policyholder.

This does not apply if damage occurs due to equipment failure.

If the optional insurance is not purchased, the participant will pay up to maximum amount of $1500.00 if the vehicle is damaged.

Qualifications:

All drivers must hold a valid divers license. Drivers under the age of 18 must have written parental consent. Drivers must be able to safely fit into the race seat with the belts fastened properly.
