Team building programs can be designed in a racing environment to help strengthen loyalty and build camaraderie amongst your staff. In business it takes teamwork to accomplish a specific goal, Racing is no exception!!! We incorporate racing into your team building strategy.

In NASCAR racing the winner of the race is seldom the fastest car. More times than not the team that bands together, avoids disaster, clears the hurdles, and can adapt to the ever changing environment that is in the Winners Circle. (sounds like business)

Example: We divide your staff into 2 groups of 5 or more. We then give the teams a set of parameters to follow throughout the day. Like each person on the team need to drive a minimum of 15 laps maybe all at once or maybe not . Teams will designate members to help drivers in and out of the car. Each team must change at least one tire between laps 40 and 60. Each team must add 5 gallons of fuel to the car between laps 55 and 62. Another tire will need to be changed before lap 100. Cleaning the windshield, grill catching gas from the overflow. Each one of these things that are missed will cause the offending team to lose points.

We will even throw in a few yellow flags, car problems and other obstacles that will require teams to communicate, problem solve, and delegate.

A trophy presentation will be held at the end of the day for all teams.

Along with the Racing Experience we can also accommodate specific company requests. We have excellent rates at local hotel, banquet facilities and meeting rooms. Golf games and tournaments can be arranged as well as wine tours. Our entertainment professionals can work with you to make your event a great and memorable experience.
